excellent location and smooth stay!

train station available drinks
I found the location excellent, near the train station. the staff were very friendly and helpful! the room was comfortable and the available drinks were a nice touch. I really appreciated it.

improper cleaning empty tissue box
the location was pretty great near the train station and the lake.
I found several issues . first, the hotel put a hold of 340 euros on my bank account even though i was to pay at the hotel. also, the room wasn't properly cleaned. The tissue box was almost empty and i found a hair tie from a previous guest. the sheets didn't seem very clean either.
