Allobroges Park Hotel Annecy, Annecy

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beautiful old town of Annecy and close to the lake, making it ideal for exploring. The service I received, however, left much to be desired; I encountered rudeness from staff when I raised concerns about my air conditioning, which was leaking. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the modern touches in the room and the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was delightful, being just a short walk from the picturesque old town and the lovely lake. The rooms were compact but impeccably clean and offered great comfort for our three-night stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and happy to help with recommendations, yet the breakfast could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience.
